Hops & Barley was created for Rails Rumble 2009, a 48 hour competition to create a web-based application using the Ruby on Rails framework.
Our goal is to help you discover new beer that you might not have otherwise tried.
Most beer recommendations function on one dimension: style. We learn about your taste, and then try to find beers you’ll love based on bitterness, alcohol, gravity, flavor profile, brewer, and even region.
